Members that become involuntarily unemployed and wish to continue renting may have their rental payment(s) waived for four months or up to $1,000.

Members may receive waivers if:

• Fired
• Laid off
• Suspended
• Out of work due to a labor dispute/strike

• This benefit waives your rental payment if you are unable to work due to sickness or from being injured due to a qualifying event.
• In the event of a covered accident or sickness, your monthly rental payments will be waived including applicable sales tax and other covered fees. Payment waivers will be applied to your rental agreement(s).
• Your account is eligible for this waiver up to a maximum of $1,000 on all rental agreements combined or for four consecutive months, whichever occurs first.
• Payment waivers will end when you are able to return to work or when the above limits are met.
• Upon approval of the waiver request, the waiver will be applied to the rental account(s) after day 15 of being unable to work due to sickness or injury.
• The waiver will be applied retroactively to the first day of verified inability to work.
• Waiver(s) will continue to be applied to the rental agreement(s) after each 30-day period of confirmed inability to work due to injury or sickness.

The remaining rental payment(s) on your rental agreement(s) may be waived in the event of the death of any member named on the rental agreement.

• To qualify for this benefit, the member(s) must be listed on the rental agreement(s).
• You must be current on your membership fees at the time of a covered loss.
• The rental agreement must be in effect at the time of the member’s passing.
• This benefit will remain in effect as long as your payments are current on your rental agreement(s) and membership, and you are not in default with any of the terms and conditions of those agreement(s).
