This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic company at the forefront of security innovation, offering a competitive package of up to $350,000 OTE plus stock options.
Position Overview: As the Head of Sales - US, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and expanding their market presence across the United States. Your leadership and vision will be critical in achieving our ambitious growth targets and solidifying our position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the US.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Management: Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align efforts and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the security or technology sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
