Job Qualifications:
Educational Attainment
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
Soft Skills
- Strong communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem solver, resourceful and thinks critically and independently
- Working North America hours with flexibility for starting and ending work times
- Exhibits a high degree of ownership over processes
- Lead client-facing meetings
- Create and present documentation
Oracle Experience
- Experience using Oracle to execute transactions and research inquiries (minimum of 3 years)
- Experience using Oracle Compensation (minimum of 1 year)
Technical Skills (minimum of 5 years)
- Experience loading files, auditing and resolving errors
- Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
- Adept at queue management
- Researching issues and inquiries
- Managing and addressing escalations
- Creating and executing test scenarios
- Project management
