Care1st Health Plan Arizona provides quality health care to members enrolled in the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). In addition, ONECare by Care1st Health Plan Arizona offers a Medicare Special Needs Plan to individuals who are eligible for both AHCCCS and Medicare Parts A and B. All services are available in both Maricopa and Pima Counties. As a company, we strive to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction for our members, providers and employees. That means we work hard every day to deliver quality services, process claims in a timely manner, and support providers as they administer much needed care.
